REFUND POLICY

Can I return or cancel my order?

Unopened, unused and packages that are not tampered with can be returned within 10 DAYS of receiving the orders. Shipping charges for returns shall be paid by the customers; we are not responsible to pay for the same. Once the order is received; customer shall get a full refund in their bank account within 7-10 working days after analysing the conditions of the package.

Placed orders can be cancelled ONLY if the order is still shown as 'in process' or as 'pending'. However, customers can return the order with the same requirements as written above. Once cancellations are complete the customer shall receive a full refund within 7-10 working days.
