CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled; make sure you check all the details before placing your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. Once the order is placed we shall notify you via email.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

All products that are unopened, unused and packaging tampered with cannot be returned nor can they be exchanged. Customers will be responsible for any shipping amount applicable in this process.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders above INR 3000/- will receive free shipping. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders above INR 3,500/- ($50) will receive free shipping. Any orders outside of India maybe be subjected to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by your country's customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is responsible for all the import fees, as well as the laws and regulations of the destination country. Fiume Casa does not collect custom duties or taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duties as they defer from country to country, we recommend contacting your local post office for any information regarding the same.
